Rachel DesRocher is a self described thought leader on the power of gratitude. She founded Power to Pursue to celebrate and standardize the full spectrum of what women chase, from daily wins to increasingly larger leaps in a career. Her work is focused around one common theme, The Gratitude Collective; a regional wholesale food that expresses support to smaller local businesses in specific areas. Rachel excels in gratuity in every project she completes; she is supportive and compassionate towards every community. She advocates through what she believes in through the expression of her podcast.

In this podcast episode, Rachel sits with Deb Belfatto to discuss her survival through breast cancer, twice. Deb talks about how she wanted to make sure other women had full access to the proper health care and community she was fortunate enough to find. The conversation moves through mental wellness, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and community building; connecting the similarities between Lets Talk and Power to Pursue. Fguring out what they both are trying to implement to grow their communities. They both go on to explain that putting yourself first in situations matter, having zero guilt. Rachel and Deb explain that the ripple is one minor service that develops change far beyond yourself.
