What's your definition of wellness?

Whether you're at the peak of self-care, need to kickstart a healthy routine, or just recently diagnosed with something life-changing...let's take a walk on the wellness side: TOGETHER

Join us for an all-day gathering about our well-being, living healthy and learning about the eight pillars of wellness

The Agenda

Join us for the second annual all-day gathering of Let’s Talk: Women’s Health & Wellness — Year 2 on October 21 at NJPAC. Inspired by two-time breast cancer survivor Deb Belfatto, a two-time cancer survivor, for women of all ages, backgrounds and ethnicities to learn, celebrate and share. We will gather top experts to share with women how to care for their own bodies and minds…with or without a catastrophic diagnosis. There will be information, friends, laughs, and interesting thoughts and alternatives for a healthy and well life—no matter the age, background, ethnicity or how our attendees identify.

Our Mission

To educate and remove stigmas about our health and wellness—the good and the bad, all while encouraging the Eight Pillars of Wellness: Physical, Nutritional, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Intellectual, Financial & Environmental.
