What We Offer

Meet Deborah Q. Belfatto

Deb Belfatto is a leading community activist who has been championing women’s health and wellness for more than 30 years. She is passionate about empowering women, advancing women’s health initiatives, forging greater healthcare equity for women, and improving access for all to quality health and wellness care.
After her second breast cancer diagnosis in 2021, she began to envision an all-day event that would bring healthcare experts and women together. In October 2022, the inaugural Let’s Talk Women’s Health & Wellness symposium launched at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center with leading experts, physicians, and wellness professionals engaged in panel discussions, breakout sessions, candid conversations and unique experiences. Today, Deb is instrumental in the day-to-day operations of what has become the “Let’s Talk Movement,” leading the charge to raise awareness about important topics and “connect the dots” between resources and the people who need them most.
Deb has received a multitude of recognition from various organizations and the media for her leadership and contributions to the community, and for encouraging women to “raise their voices.”

Meet Denise Cappuccio and Sally Younghans

Denise has spent more than 40 years in corporate roles, honing skills in many aspects of work and life. She is a student of psychology and battled her own life-threatening depression in 2022. She is committed and determined to raise awareness about the importance of mental health. Denise loves to help others and share her experiences, an ideal blend to co-lead with love and passion.
Sally has trained extensively in mind, body, and spirit alignment practices. She is a certified mindfulness teacher and wellness coach, and while Sally's studies and training inform her teachings, she believes the most impactful changes happen when she and her coaching clients apply these practices in real life. Sally strives to help people experience greater ease and contentment amidst life’s inevitable stressors.
