One Saturday on October 21st in Newark, New Jersey—curious, well-intentioned, hopeful, smart women in every shape and every size, from all walks of life, of all ages will gather to learn, to talk, to share, and to feel supported, guided, cheered on, and sympathized with. A day of women’s health and wellness and an opportunity for you to hear from the experts and pros on a plethora of topics related to your body and mind.

Join us for expert tips, information, resources, some answers, some suggestions, and a lot of girl power channeled into energy and light just for you. We hope you’ll finish the day with loads and loads of ideas and “takeaways”—but just in case you don’t, we’ll give you a swag bag of health-inspired goodies to-go, plus a big ‘ole guide to living a healthy life with resources, pages for notes, inspirational quotes, and stories.
